Ayonna, the proud owner of Flex Athletics, started her cheerleading journey as a child. From competing in recreational cheer, sideline high school cheer, and college cheer programs, her passion for cheer never wavered. After a decade of experience, she followed her heart back to cheerleading. Striving to give athletes the opportunity to cheer from different backgrounds, all at an affordable cost. Ayonna strives to create a space for athletes to Lift Each Other Higher.
