FLEX Cheer

Our new 12 week structured level 1 training program where athletes build strong fundamentals before school & All Star season.

4 Week Intro to Cheer! Athletes will learn the fundamental cheerleading skills: motions, jumps and tumbling skills.

CHEER CLASSES  

No Experience Necessary

In this weekly beginner class athletes will learn introductory tumbling skills. Ages 6 & up.

TUMBLING CLASSES

No Experience Necessary
